A simple letter from the applicant addressing each of the eligibility criteria applicable to the applicant will be sufficient.  Letters of reference from teachers or employers, transcripts, and documentation confirming tribal membership are encouraged.  The Board may invite the Applicant to submit additional information to assist it in the selection process.  Applications should be addressed to:
